בחיים אל תקנו בכתר קנינו מפה סט ספות לבחוץ (במשלוח). כשהגיע הביתה, מסתבר ששמו בטעות שני צבעים שונים של כריות. אחרי 20 שיחות עם שירות לקוחות (מי שמצליח לתפוס אותם בר מזל), זיכו אותנו ב200 שח ואמרו שמתישהו (עבר כבר חודש ולא קרה) ישלחו כריות חדשות. עם הכסף קנינו פח שנשבר אחרי השימוש השני. מסתבר שזו בעיה ידועה שהם ניסו לתקן עם פשוט הכנסת ברגים מאחורה. כבר שבוע אני מנסה לתפוס שירות לקוחות, אבל ברור שלא עונים, לא בפלאפון ולא בוואטסאפ. אז אם אתה רוצה לבזבז כסף והרבה עצבים - זה מקום מושלם בשבילך. כל השאר להתרחק

Bad customer service. After 5 calls on the phone, they don't come back and take care of the problem that has arisen. One plate in the roof that broke.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. We received a cabinet for assembly that was missing parts. When I was able to catch the service customers would write down the missing parts and then send only one. I've been chasing them for a few weeks now and can't assemble the cabinet because I'm still missing a part. Just buy another outlet

I was not told that no one would help with the loading of the warehouse and I had to lift a heavy warehouse myself and I barely succeeded. The shelves I bought arrived broken I tried to get them all holiday season and failed, nor did I receive an invoice until I was able to grab them. The replacement shelves have not yet arrived as of 12.15
